• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Environmental standards.
• Delivering clear communication and regular team briefings.
• Coaching and developing your team to support engagement and progression.
• Acting as deputy for the Senior Operations Manager when required.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role (Section Head, Supervisor or similar).
• Strong people management skills with a coaching and development mindset.
• Experience managing KPIs, performance and operational targets.
• Ability to prioritise, organise and deliver under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
• A hands-on, proactive leadership style.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and departments.
• Confidence in problem solving and conflict resolution.
What’s in It for You?
• Competitive salary with annual pay reviews
• 28 days’ holiday including Bank Holidays (increasing to 33 days with service)
• Healthcare Cash Plan
• Retail discount membership
• Pension scheme enrolment
• Free onsite parking
• Career development opportunities within a growing family business
