BHC-RLC-York HVAC We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse/Driver to join our operations team in Tulsa, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations while safely transporting goods to customers and distribution centers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate efficiency, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. • Operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations • Load, unload, and organize merchandise in the warehouse using appropriate equipment and techniques • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of products according to warehouse standards • Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service • Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and document findings • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively • Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and address any concerns • Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment • Assist with receiving, sorting, and categorizing incoming shipments • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar logistics environment • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks • Strong organizational and time management skills • Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred • Experience with GPS and route planning systems preferred • Familiarity with logistics and transportation operations preferred All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
