Description Are you a hard-working, motivated individual with a passion for teamwork? We are looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Holt, MI! Pay: $17/hour Location: Holt, Michigan Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7pm-3:30am (overnight) We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities to grow into leadership roles, and a chance to be part of a team that values hard work and positive energy. Forklift experience is a PLUS! MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK Benefits: • Health Insurance- after 30 days • PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but cannot be used until day 90) • 401K- after 180 days (6 months) • On-Demand Pay Requirements What You'll Do: • Load and unload products safely and efficiently • This position requires lots of walking and being on your feet for long periods of time • Consistently lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift • Accurately scan and document inventory • Lead by example to motivate and support team members • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Forklift experience is a plus What We’re Looking For: • Quick learner with a strong work ethic • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude • Strong communication skills — must be able to read, understand, and speak English • Ability to work well in a team environment • Previous warehouse experience • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
