With our 360° approach - spanning procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, patching, and testing - we deliver seamless solutions for our customers worldwide. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations in Norcross, GA . This role is key in handling, organizing, and shipping IT and data center equipment efficiently. Required Experience • Experience : 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience, preferably in IT, electronics, or related industries. • Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately track inventory and follow shipping procedures. • Basic Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with IT hardware (servers, networking, storage) is a plus but not required. • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move equipment, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse tools. • Team Player : Works well with colleagues and follows instructions efficiently. • Forklift Experience : Preferred but not required. Responsibilities • Receive & Organize Inventory : Unload, inspect, and store incoming IT hardware, ensuring accurate record-keeping. • Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare shipments of networking and data center equipment. • Inventory Management : Track and maintain accurate stock levels, assist with periodic inventory counts, and report discrepancies. • Equipment Handling : Ensure proper storage and safe handling of servers, networking gear, and structured cabling components. • Shipping & Logistics Support : Prepare items for shipment, work with carriers, and ensure timely deliveries. • Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness : Keep workspaces organized and follow safety procedures.
