Position Summary Responsible for off-loading 53 ft trailers, doing triage of product, picking orders for delivery, and maintaining inventory of product coming back from job sites. Main Responsibilities: • Offloading trucks - must be able to lift 50 lbs • Do triage of orders • Pick and prepare orders for delivery • Making sure paperwork for the install team is set up and ready to go • Reviewing paperwork returned from the installers for returned products to the warehouse • Tracking materials coming into or leaving the warehouse from our inventory • Creating purchase requisitions of materials needed for the warehouse or installation team • Ensure all trucks are cleaned, interior and exterior • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and free of debris Must have: • Strong organizational skills • Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately • Hard-working, self-motivated, and respectful team player • Looking for good verbal and written communication skills in English/French • Forklift certified • Have a solid understanding of how to use and communicate in Outlook • Have a good understanding of Excel • Must have a clean driver’s license and be able to drive a 16ft truck • Punctual and good attendance
