About the Role
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of our supply and workshop functions, helping to ensure customer supplies, engineer stock, and print equipment are managed efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
• Practical, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
This role offers opportunities for development and progression within the business. You will work with a range of technologies, tools, clients, or teams depending on the needs of the role.
What You’ll Do
Warehouse
• Pick, pack, and despatch customer consumables and supplies accurately and efficiently
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Maintain warehouse stock levels and stock accuracy
• Organise engineer replenishment stock and consumables
• Process and monitor orders with suppliers
• Coordinate hardware deliveries & collections with suppliers
• Handle supplier warranty claims and returns processes
• Ensure safe handling and storage of equipment and consumables
• Maintaining safe working practices within the warehouse and workshop
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment in line with health & safety standards, while demonstrating a proactive approach within a fast-growing business
Workshop Support
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new print devices
• Support the refurbishment and preparation of used print devices for redeployment
• Carry out basic machine assessments and condition checks
• Prepare devices for installation, collection and transport
• Maintain workshop organisation and cleanliness
Requirements
Essential:
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Practical and hands-on approach to work
Nice to have (we’ll help you get there):
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or workshop experience
• Knowledge of stock control systems
• Experience within the print management or managed print sector
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
