About the Role Central Moloney is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse employee and Forklift Driver to support the accurate receiving, inspection, documentation, storage, packing, and shipment of materials, parts, supplies, and finished products. This role helps keep materials moving through the facility by working closely with purchasing, warehouse, production, quality, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and communication matter. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments of materials, parts, and supplies, verifying quantities and checking for damage or discrepancies. Compare received items to purchase orders, packing slips, and quality requirements to ensure accuracy. Record received materials in the inventory management system, including quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers, and other required information. Identify and report discrepancies, damages, shortages, or quality concerns to the appropriate department or supplier. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and quality teams to resolve receiving or shipping issues. Properly label, tag, store, and organize received materials in designated warehouse or storage locations. Process orders and coordinate shipping activities to support timely and accurate delivery. Pack and label products for shipment while following shipping requirements and company standards. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including tracking information and delivery confirmations. Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist with inventory management, regular audits, restocking, and physical inventory counts. Support general warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or a similar role preferred. Manufacturing or distribution environment experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to process orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Familiarity with forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus. Background check, drug screen, and physical screening required. Physical and Environmental Requirements This position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and other environmental stressors. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing, crouching, reaching, grasping, and standing for long shifts. This role also requires manual dexterity, basic math skills, teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety-toe footwear.
