🚗Waking Night Carer (Female), Northamptonshire, NN6. £19.00–£21.00 gross per hour. Wonderful opportunity to support a sociable gentleman in his early 60s with a TBI Key Information • Pay: £20.00 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £21.00 per hour (Weekends) | Enhanced overtime • Salary: £40,560.00+ gross per annum • Hours: Three waking night shifts per week (8.00 PM -9.00 AM) on a two-week rolling rota • Location: Northamptonshire (NN6) • Start Date: ASAP • Essential Experience: Traumatic brain injury or neurological support, medication administration. Waking Night experience and person-centred support in a client's home • Driver Required: Yes – full UK driving licence and own vehicle due to rural location. • Family Pets: Two cats • Facilities: Dedicated staff room with a kettle, fridge and microwave • Recruiter: Sally [email protected] Steve is a friendly, sociable gentleman in his early 60s, living at home with his wife. Steve experienced a traumatic brain injury. This is an opportunity to become part of a small specialist team providing waking night support that helps him remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible. While there is also an emergency sleep-in carer, you'll work predominantly independently overnight, with planned 2:1 support at the beginning and end of each shift for safe handovers and the morning/evening routine. We're looking for an experienced female Support Worker who is confident working independently, has experience supporting people with traumatic brain injury or complex neurological conditions, waking night experience and values consistent, person-centred support.
