GBA Care is a specialist leading care provider and our organisation has developed and grown into being one of the most bespoke and unique providers in its field. We provide multiple care settings, offering a range of specialist and personalised services which consistently support and guide children and young people safely from the ages of 8 to 25. Experience of a similar role is not essential as we provide full training for staff to obtain qualifications in Health & Social Care that will offer opportunities to progress within our organisation and develop their career within the profession. You must be willing to be flexible and able to communicate well with others and contribute to the ongoing development of our settings. We adopt a strong safeguarding culture of openness and honesty to best protect our Young People and Employees. As part of our commitment to Safer Recruitment all offers will be subject to satisfactory references and obtaining a valid Enhanced DBS. Transferrable or uploaded DBS would be preferable. Variety of shift patterns including; 4 days on 4 days off. Shifts from 8pm to 8am.
