Key responsibilities include: Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing menus and recommendations. Accurately taking orders and ensuring timely service of food and beverages. Working closely with kitchen staff to guarantee high standards of presentation and quality. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction. Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and helping maintain a high level of morale. Requirements Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to delivering outstanding service and guest satisfaction. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced dining environment.
