Job Summary: As a Waiter/Waitress you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests. Your role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.Key Responsibilities:Set up tables, chairs, and other decorations according to event specifications.Greet guests upon arrival and Present menus and explain menu items and beverage options.Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff.Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.Monitor guests' needs throughout the event and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area throughout the event.Coordinate with other event staff, including catering managers, chefs, and bartenders, to ensure smooth operations.Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of the concerned space after the conclusion of the event.Qualifications:Minimum of Form Four education level is a must.Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong multitasking and time management abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.Basic math skills for processing payments.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Working Conditions:Variable working hours based on event space hours hours.Standing for extended periods and walking throughout the dining area.Exposure to kitchen and dining room environments, including noise and temperature variations.
