This position ensures all production meets company quality standards, GMPs, and State/Federal regulations while maintaining product sterility, safety, and efficiency. What You'll Do • Operate VTIS processing systems (Systems 1–4 and Stork) according to SOPs and manufacturer standards • Batch and mix products to exact specifications using batch sheets and formulations • Monitor temperatures, pressures, and critical control parameters; take corrective action when needed • Perform product testing (Brix, pH, CEM, taste) and accurately document results • Complete all production logs, charts, and state-required documentation in real time • Perform CIP (clean-in-place) sanitation on tanks, lines, silos, and equipment • Maintain sterile processing conditions and conduct required inspection checks • Follow and support food safety, GMP, allergen, and CCP procedures • Calculate ingredient percentages and adjust formulations as required • Ensure FIFO material usage and proper inventory documentation • Support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives • Keep work area clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards • Maintain forklift certification and safely handle materials Requirements What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in food manufacturing or processing environment preferred • Ability to obtain and maintain a State of California license • Strong understanding of food safety, GMP, and sanitation practices • Basic math skills (percentages, unit conversions, and batch adjustments) • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate processing equipment • Ability to read charts, logs, MSDS sheets, and follow detailed instructions • Accurate documentation and communication skills • Time management and ability to work in a team environment • WCM or ISO experience a plus
