Position Overview Location: Indianapolis, IN (terminal & operations base) Equipment: Late-model tractors (2018–2019) Orientation: In-person every Wednesday Lanes: Primarily Indiana ➜ Southeast Freight: Steel rods, coils, precast, pipe & project-based flatbed loads Tarping: Required — $65 tarp pay per load Pay & Benefits • Earn: $1,500 – $2,000 per week • Pay Structure: 30% of linehaul + accessorials • Target weekly truck revenue: $6,500 • Hiring Bonus: $1,000 paid in 4 parts: $250 after first load $250 after 30 days $250 after 60 days $250 after 90 days Home Time: Regular weekly home time, dependable schedule Requirements ✔ Valid Class A CDL ✔ 2+ years CDL-A experience ✔ 12+ months flatbed experience ✔ Must be able to tarp Lease Purchase Option (Limited Spots) Drivers who average $5,500/week for 60 days qualify.
