About this position: Later is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Operations to own and transform the operational engine behind our go-to-market business: Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Ops, Creator Ops, Enablement, and our Dev & Integrations team. You'll own the operating model, the infrastructure, and the evolution of how Later sells, markets, serves clients, and manages a growing creator ecosystem driving $2.4B+ in verified commerce. This is an executive role with a dual mandate. Half the job is running the business. You're accountable for pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design, lead routing, renewal operations, and the cross-functional processes that keep a high-growth company moving, supported by an experienced team that executes the work. The other half is transforming it: evaluating and modernizing our tech stack, redesigning processes that have outgrown their original design, and leveraging AI to make the function, and the business, meaningfully faster. You'll report to the SVP & Head of AI Operations as their operational counterpart, with the latitude and expectation to reshape how revenue operations works at Later. You'll manage a team of experienced operators across six sub-functions, including other Directors and senior managers. Later is in the middle of a company-wide AI transformation, and this role sits at the center of it. Beyond adopting AI tools, you'll be expected to bring your own point of view on how AI changes the way a revenue operations function works, and to lead that change for your team and the teams you support. Later's operating model is evolving and we need a VP who can run the current business while actively building the next version of how it operates. What you'll be doing: Run Revenue Operations Be accountable for the end-to-end operational infrastructure across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Ops, Creator Ops, Enablement, and Dev & Integrations, leading the team that delivers Own outcomes for pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design and assignment, lead routing, and deal operations across enterprise, mid-market, and growth segments Drive accountability for renewal and expansion operations across the client lifecycle, partnering closely with Client Services and Creator Success Establish and maintain the operational cadence (weekly performance reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning cycles) with rigor and consistency Serve as the senior operational partner to the CRO, CMO, CFO, and cross-functional leadership on go-to-market execution Own revenue enablement strategy, ensuring sellers and go-to-market teams have the tools, content, training, and operational support to perform at their best Represent revenue operations at the executive table and in board-level operational narrative Transform How We Operate Be accountable for the tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, C
