Description
CLEAR is building THE secure identity company of the future. Our mission is to make experiences safer and easier—physically and digitally. With more than 38 million Members and a growing network of partners across the world, CLEAR's secure identity platform is transforming the way people live, work, and travel. Whether it’s at the airport, stadium, or throughout your everyday life, CLEAR unlocks the magic of frictionless experiences. In this role, you will own and lead CLEAR1’s B2B marketing strategy and execution across the full funnel — from market positioning and demand generation through customer advocacy and expansion — defining how we go to market, how we differentiate, and how we scale revenue. You will oversee product marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, field marketing, content, and events, with direct accountability for awareness, qualified pipeline, and ARR growth.
You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, Brand, Creative, Communications, Legal, and Finance to align marketing to business priorities, sharpen CLEAR1’s market narrative, and drive measurable impact across the business.
What you'll do:
Lead and scale CLEAR1’s core B2B marketing functions, including product marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, field marketing, content, events, and lifecycle marketing, building a cohesive full-stack marketing organization across the customer lifecycle
Develop differentiated positioning and go-to-market strategies, and build the team structure, operating cadence, and KPI framework required to run a high-performing, data-driven B2B marketing organization
Own budget, channel mix, and resource allocation to build and optimize integrated demand generation and ABM programs that improve conversion, increase qualified pipeline, and drive ARR
Align with Sales leadership on ICPs, target accounts, and the strategies and follow-up motions required to convert market interest into pipeline and ARR, ensuring tight alignment from first touch through closed-won
Partner with Customer Success to turn customer outcomes into references, case studies, and proof points that increase win rates, accelerate pipeline, and support expansion
Work with RevOps to improve lead quality, attribution, and visibility into marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue
Shape launch and go-to-market strategy with Product, translating the roadmap into compelling narratives and ensuring customer and market insights inform decisions
How you'll measure success:
Marketing contribution to qualified pipeline, revenue generation, and ARR growth
Strength and efficiency of the demand engine, including conversion rates, opportunity creation, pipeline velocity, and performance across channels and programs
Effectiveness and clarity of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across products, launches, and target segments
Ability to turn customers into references, case studies, and advocates that strengthen credibility, accelerate pipeline, and support expansion
Operational rigor across planning, budget management, attribution, reporting, and KPI accountability
What you're great at:
12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, including significant marketing leadership experience in high-growth environments
Deep experience leading core B2B marketing functions, especially product marketing, demand generation, and customer marketing
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline, ARR growth, and go-to-market impact in complex B2B environments
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and align Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product around shared business outcomes
