Description
Experience Without Limits Come shape the future of brand experience.
At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.
That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.
This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.
Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact. **candidates based in NYC or near a Jack US office strongly preferred**
The Vice President, Growth & New Business is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading strategic business development efforts across the organization.
This leader will drive Jack Morton's net-new business strategy while partnering closely with executive leadership, client services, strategy, creative, marketing, and production teams to identify, pursue, and secure growth opportunities across key verticals, channels, and markets. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth to build a high-performing growth engine that accelerates pipeline development, strengthens market positioning, expands strategic partnerships, and drives profitable revenue growth.
This role requires an entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in experiential marketing, enterprise sales, integrated marketing solutions, and consultative client engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a strong industry network, executive presence, and a proven ability to convert complex opportunities into long-term client partnerships. You'll play an important role in the agency's go-to-market strategy, identify emerging market trends, elevate the agency's competitive differentiation, and ensure sustained growth across existing and emerging lines of business. Success metrics include net-new revenue growth, pipeline growth and conversion, account acquisition, market expansion, revenue profitability, forecast accuracy, strategic partnership development, client retention and expansion, team development, adoption of standardized processes, cross-functional alignment, and operational scalability.
What you'll be doing
