What  Y ou  will do within this role (Your key responsibilities) : • Support Voice Telecoms Operations:  Assist the Senior Voice Telecoms Operations Manager in delivering contracted OETMS and Technical Support services, including helping to manage the voice telecoms operations team and  maintain  the voice telecoms network infrastructure. • Technical Troubleshooting:  Help resolve technical issues within the voice telecoms network, working closely with other IT teams to ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution. • Policy & Compliance:  Learn and apply voice  telecoms  policies and procedures to ensure the network is  maintained  in line with industry standards and best practices. • Project Support:   Assist  in managing voice telecoms projects from  inception  to completion — including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, budget management, and timeline tracking — to ensure project goals are achieved. • Continuous Improvement:   Identify  opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the voice telecoms  network, and  collaborate with other IT teams to implement improvements. • SLA Compliance:   Maintain  high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring service requests and incidents are resolved within agreed  timeframes , supporting customer satisfaction and retention. More about  Y ou ( O ur requirements for the role): • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 4 years' experience in voice telecoms operations or IT support. • Strong technical aptitude, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop within the role. • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. • Experience with project management is  advantageous . • Familiarity with the ITIL framework is  advantageous . • Exposure to voice telecoms network technologies is  advantageous .
