Role Overview Provide high-quality native Mexican Spanish voice recordings to train and evaluate a next-generation text-to-speech system for a client''s internal customer experience AI agent. Recordings will be used exclusively for that internal CX AI application, they will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products or datasets. This work requires consistent, expressive, and clean audio suitable for voice cloning, so only apply if you consent to your voice being cloned for the specified internal use. Key Responsibilities • Record clear, natural, and expressive speech across a variety of script types, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material. • Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across sessions. • Demonstrate control over tone, pacing, pronunciation, intonation, diction, and emotional range. • Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting. • Provide multiple takes when requested, varying emotion, emphasis, and style as directed. Qualifications Required • Native Mexican Spanish speaker, currently based in Mexico. • Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting. • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter. • Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining a natural, expressive delivery. • Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week over the project duration. • Willingness to allow voice cloning for the client''s internal CX AI agent, understanding recordings will be used only for that purpose and not for resale or other reuse. Preferred • Previous experience recording for TTS systems, audiobooks, IVR, or AI voice datasets. • Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper. • Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm. Work Terms • Location: Remote, applicants must be based in Mexico. • Hours: Reliable availability, approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, schedule to be agreed with the project team. • Employment type: Hourly engagement. Compensation • Pay rate: 50 USD per hour. Eligibility • Must be a native Mexican Spanish speaker and currently reside in Mexico. • You must be comfortable with your recorded voice being cloned for use in the client''s internal CX AI agent; recordings will not be sold, licensed, or reused outside of this specified internal use.
