The candidate will provide installation and support of physical and virtual servers (Windows), and installation and support of various data storage arrays.  The candidate will be expected to install and support server software applications.  The candidate will be expected to monitor ServiceNow Incident Tickets, Change Tasks, and Project Tasks and provide thorough documentation within the ServiceNow system and outside of ServiceNow. This candidate must be able to balance the workload between operational support and project tasks.  Operational tasks include performing periodic Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) reporting and configuration tasks, and weekly review of vulnerability reports and implementation of vulnerability fixes.  Project tasks could include specification and design of new hardware, software, or storage systems and the implementation of those systems.   Preferred skillsets : VMware, vCenter, ESXI, vSphere Storage Area Network (SAN) support experience (Dell Unity) Hyperconverged Infrastructure Installation and Support (VxRail) Microsoft Windows Active Directory DNS, DHCP, and IPv6 experience Microsoft Windows Server Administration   Additional Skillsets Nutanix, AHV experience Hyper-V experience Harvester VM Management experience Other Hyperconverged infrastructure installation and support experience Other Virtual Machine Management Hypervisor experience Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) experience (Omnissa Horizon)
