Summary The Visual Merchandising Manager, West/Central coordinates visual merchandising projects across the Watches of Switzerland Group showroom network. This role ensures showroom presentation and brand standards through regular store visits, virtual walkthroughs, and close partnership with retail teams and external brand partners. The manager supports new store openings, renovations, events, and marketing shoots to deliver a consistent luxury experience. Responsibilities • Coordinate all visual merchandising projects and schedules for the West/Central region. • Conduct regular in-person store visits, virtual walkthroughs, and photo reviews to ensure brand and showroom standards are met. • Develop and execute window displays, in-store signage, floral and scent installations, music, and overall store ambiance. • Partner with retail management and external brand partners to prepare showrooms for events, shoots, and visits. • Provide VM support for new store openings, renovations, acquisitions, and pop-up installations. • Manage local vendors and freelancers to coordinate installations and ensure flawless execution, including flagship coordination in NYC. Requirements • 3+ years of visual merchandising experience. • Bachelor's degree. • Experience with jewelry, timepieces, or luxury retail preferred; portfolio required. • Proficient with Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. • Ability to read and update floorplans and coordinate installations using basic construction hand tools. • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; experience hiring and managing local freelancers.
