Summary The Visual Merchandising Manager, Northeast will coordinate all visual merchandising projects across the showroom portfolio, ensuring high standards of presentation and adherence to brand guidelines. This role conducts regular in-person and virtual store visits, partners with retail management and external brand partners, and provides VM support for new store openings, renovations, and events. The manager will oversee installations, vendor coordination, and maintain floorplans and visual consistency across showrooms. Responsibilities • Coordinate all visual merchandising projects and installations across the Northeast showroom network. • Conduct regular in-person store visits and virtual walkthroughs or photo reviews to ensure brand standards. • Develop and maintain in-store signage, window displays, props, flowers, scent, music, hospitality, and overall ambiance. • Partner with retail management and external brand partners to prepare showrooms for events, marketing shoots, openings, and renovations. • Manage local vendors and hire/manage freelance installers and contractors; ensure flawless execution in flagship NYC location. • Read, update, and maintain floorplans and coordinate logistics for pop-ups and window installations. Requirements • 3+ years of visual merchandising experience; experience with jewelry, timepieces, and luxury retail a plus. • Portfolio required demonstrating visual merchandising and installation work. • Proficient with Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; flexible problem-solver. • Experience hiring and managing local freelancers and coordinating vendors for flowers and supplies. • Comfortable providing virtual feedback and experienced with basic construction hand tools and event/display installations.
