Responsible for the Maison's visual identity across Europe market • oversee planning Visual Merchandising activities in their region, orchestrating collection launches, product rotations, window installations, and boutique events, as well as supervising the opening of new points of sale and pop-ups. • Ensure the correct implementation of Headquarters' Guidelines in boutiques. They then, with their team, communicate these guidelines via the dedicated internal photo platform. • Ensure visual consistency across their zone, they confirm best practices with the Headquarters team and use them to organize training sessions for Retail teams. Contributes to achieving the region's commercial results • Collaborate closely with merchandising teams to optimize layouts and design displays consistent with available assortments/stocks. • Work in close collaboration with country managers, Store Managers, and boutique teams to understand commercial and customer challenges, thereby adapting VM proposals in boutiques. • Share "field" information/observations aimed at improving the productivity of boutique displays. Budget Management • Monitor the development of window and pop-up concepts, identifying key partners while ensuring a balance between service quality and budget adherence. • Responsible for the budgets (and orders) for VM tools (light boxes/videos/flowers/mannequins/hangers/logistics/VM tools, etc.) as well as team travel expenses. Leadership & Collaboration • Lead, develop and coach the regional VM team while fostering collaboration across markets. • Act as the regional expert and ambassador for VM development, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement. • Build strong partnerships with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and priorities. Management • Manage and develop the team in line with the Maison's HR policy (1 direct report, 2,5 non direct reports). • Participate in identifying and ensuring the training of "VM Ambassadors" in the European zone and animate this community. • Travel across markets
