Description
We are looking for a part-time Visual Designer to join our University Marketing & Sales Enablement team.  In this role, you will help shape how Studyportals shows up to universities and partners globally. You will design clear, professional, and engaging materials that support our B2B marketing, including thought leadership, demand generation, events, and sales enablement.  This is a hands-on design role for someone who enjoys both creating strong visual work and understanding the purpose behind it. You will work closely with marketers, content specialists, sales colleagues, and other stakeholders to translate business goals, audience needs, and campaign ideas into effective visual concepts and deliverables.  About Studyportals  Studyportals helps millions of students around the world find and compare their best-fit education options. We are serious about impact, curious about the future of higher education, and committed to making complex information easier to understand and act on.  In this role, you will:  Translate business goals and stakeholder input into clear design briefs and concepts  Create polished, on-brand designs that support marketing campaigns, thought-leadership, events, sales enablement, and brand initiatives  Help colleagues create stronger visual materials by sharing practical guidance, feedback, and reusable resources that make it easier to produce on-brand work independently.  Use feedback to improve outcomes while keeping the bigger objective in mind  Balance creativity with usability, clarity, audience relevance, and business impact  Use AI-assisted design tools where relevant to explore ideas, speed up execution, or improve workflow efficiency — while applying strong design judgement to the final output  Requirements We are looking for someone who has:  Around 3-4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, marketing design, or a similar role  Experience creating marketing, communications, or thought-leadership materials for professional audiences. Experience in a B2B marketing environment is a strong plus.  Good knowledge of layout, typography, colour, hierarchy, composition, and brand consistency. Experience creating motion, video, or animation assets is a plus.  Confidence working with stakeholders to clarify needs, challenge assumptions where needed, and shape a strong design brief  A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and openness to feedback  The ability to work independently, organise your own workload, and prioritise based on impact and urgency  Experience using AI-supported design or productivity tools to support ideation, image generation, layout exploration, or efficient execution  Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership  You might be a good match if you  Are curious about the broader B2B marketing picture and enjoy understanding how your work contributes to marketing and commercial goals.  Enjoy creating high-quality visual work, but also care about whether it helps the audience understand, decide, or act  Are comfortable asking questions before jumping into execution  Are practical, hands-on, and able to move projects forward independently  Are curious about how new tools, including AI, can make design work more efficient without lowering quality  Like working in an international environment with a mix of strategic and hands-on tasks  Benefits What we offer  A part-time role in an international company with a meaningful miss
