Job Description Role purpose: Own Visa Pay DRC awareness and demand generation across ATL, social, community management, and customer education. Responsibilities: • Translate Visa Pay growth priorities into annual and quarterly marketing plans. • Own ATL media, social media, community management, and local education content. • Manage agencies and creative execution; ensure brand compliance and message consistency. • Build campaign calendars with acquisition and activation teams; separate awareness from conversion. • Track reach, engagement, traffic, and ROI; optimize media mix and creative quickly. • Develop localized content for banks, field teams, and customer education. • Feed market insight and campaign results into growth planning. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Qualifications: • 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree. • Experience leading consumer marketing in fintech, payments, telco, or consumer tech. • Strong grasp of ATL, digital, social, community, and agency management. • Proven performance-marketing and measurement capability. • Ability to localize messaging and simplify product education. • Strong planning, budget discipline, and cross-functional coordination. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
