Benefits: 401(k) About the Role: Victoria Strochkova is looking for a passionate and skilled Violin Teacher to join our music studio in San Ramon, CA. This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire students of all ages and skill levels while sharing your love of music in a supportive, creative environment. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging one-on-one or group violin lessons for students of varying ages and skill levels Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's goals and learning pace Teach proper violin technique, music theory, sight-reading, and performance skills Track and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Prepare students for recitals, auditions, and music examinations Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development Maintain a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment Requirements: Proficiency in violin performance with formal training or equivalent experience Prior teaching experience with children, teens, or adult learners preferred Strong knowledge of music theory, classical repertoire, and various teaching methodologies (e.g., Suzuki, traditional) Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire students at all levels Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Bachelor's degree in Music or related field is a plus About Us: Victoria Strochkova is a dedicated music studio based in San Ramon, CA, committed to nurturing a lifelong love of music in every student.
