This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and media, supporting cutting-edge AV and conferencing solutions for high-profile clients. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV hardware, software, and network connectivity Coordinate and support live video conferences, virtual meetings, and hybrid events Perform routine maintenance, testing, and quality checks on VTC endpoints and infrastructure Collaborate with IT and AV teams to ensure seamless integration of conferencing platforms Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users and clients Document system configurations, incident reports, and maintenance logs Requirements: 2+ years of experience in video teleconferencing, AV technology, or a related technical field Proficiency with VTC platforms such as Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Polycom Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, networking fundamentals, and IP-based conferencing Experience with AV control systems such as Crestron or AMX is a plus Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances if needed for DC-area clients About Us: Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is a Washington, DC-based media and technology company dedicated to delivering exceptional audiovisual and communications solutions.
