Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off About the Role: Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is looking for a skilled Video Teleconferencing and Service Desk Technician to join our team in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AV technology and IT support, keeping critical communications running smoothly. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot video teleconferencing (VTC) systems for meetings and events Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 service desk support to end users via phone and email Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner Maintain and configure AV equipment including cameras, displays, codecs, and audio systems Document support tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures in a helpdesk ticketing system Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Perform routine maintenance, updates, and quality checks on VTC and IT infrastructure Requirements: 3 -5 years of experience supporting video teleconferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams 3- 5 years of proven service desk or IT helpdesk support experience in a professional environment Strong knowledge of AV systems, networking fundamentals, and desktop support Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and use of remote assistance tools Excellent communication and customer service skills with a user-first attitude Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant AV/IT certifications are a plus About Us: Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is a dynamic media and technology services firm based in Washington, DC, dedicated to delivering high-quality AV and communications solutions.
