Summary The Video Editor / Producer / Shooter creates high-quality, narrative-driven video content for editorial and branded platforms, supporting the video team with editing, producing, and shooting. This role coordinates production logistics, manages projects and deliverables, and captures interviews, b-roll, and product footage in studio and on location to deliver polished storytelling across channels. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end video editing to craft narrative-driven content with strong pacing and emotional impact • Coordinate shoots, manage deliverables, schedules, and communication with internal and external teams • Capture interviews, b-roll, and product footage on location and in studio • Apply color correction and produce quick-turn versions for social media and other platforms • Maintain organized project files, efficient workflows, and clean version control throughout post-production • Collaborate closely with editorial, creative, and partnerships teams to develop compelling narratives and branded content Requirements • 2-4 years of professional video editing experience across editorial, branded, or documentary content • Strong portfolio or reel demonstrating storytelling instincts, refined pacing, and attention to detail • Proficiency in color correction and producing quick-turn social media edits • Proven project management skills including scheduling, communication, and version control • Hands-on experience capturing video content and working knowledge of camera, lighting, and sound equipment • Experience with After Effects and Photoshop is highly desirable; ability to work independently while aligning with brand standards
