BPCM is seeking an experienced candidate based in LA to lead our fast-growing Influencer + Celebrity Relations Practice. The VP/SVP is responsible for day-to-day management and development of the Celebrity and Influencer teams.     We are seeking a leader who can work across this wide range of clients from mass to luxury with differing scopes, budgets and needs.  The ideal candidate will lead their team across a range of services including: talent strategy development, casting and deal-making, red carpet dressing, product seeding, entertainment strategy, influencer relations (earned and paid), special events, community building and partnerships.    This person will possess the ability to work cross-functionally within and beyond BPCM’s differing Practices and Departments and has experience in successfully maintaining and strategically growing an agency practice. This role works alongside BPCM Partners and the agency’s other executive leadership to foster and grow our client roster.   Requirements DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT:    Responsible for a growing Influencer + Celebrity Relations team, LA (5)   Effectively lead, manage and mentor senior team members, while maintaining relationships with the junior team members to ensure a robust talent pipeline and foster career growth  Support client’s strategy and ensure articulation of the brand’s desired image and position, consistent communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.  Seamlessly manage and work across all BPCM divisions and practices, (Fashion, Beauty, Corporate Communications, Travel, Wine & Spirits) to foster seamless integration of Influencer + Celebrity Relations service teams across all accounts  Provide high-level strategic direction to clients on planning, initiatives and overall brand positioning   Ensure each client’s strategic plans are KPI-based and goal-driven and that our teams meet or exceed those KPIs and/or goals  Oversee all reporting for various clients including, but not limited to: weekly, monthly, and wrap up reports – analyzing + summarizing data (calculating total impressions #, examining trends, key learnings, gathering feedback and sharing insights, etc.)  TALENT PROCUREMENT:   Drive effective talent strategy and procurement for all Agency clients’ celebrity and/or influencer focused programs and campaigns  Participate in internal and client dialogue and ongoing meetings and brainstorms about client’s talent campaign needs and devise strategies to move projects forward  Assist in talent casting needs for the agency, including vetting, researching and creating client-facing talent casting documents  Manage and/or support other team members on talent outreach and negotiations on behalf of Agency clients; assignments include drafting talent SOW, conducting outreach to talent representatives, drafting and sending talent Formal Offer and consulting on, managing revisions for, and negotiating Long Form Agreement in conjunction with legal counsel  Serve as point of contact for talent and talent representation, including but not limited to coordinating all communication and scheduling with appropriate parties throughout Campaign  Thoughtfully cast talent for special client initiatives, based off client goals: aesthetic, brand awareness, conversion, etc.  Identify rising talent, pop culture trends, and analyze data within a variety of industries and markets to inform client business strategies, existing client objectives and new client acquisition  Manage spe
