About the Team General Atlantic has been investing in Mexico since 20 14  and  established  its Mexico City office in 2015. Over the past decade, the team has partnered with 14 Mexico-headquartered companies,  deploying  close to  $4B into  Mexico , and  building a portfolio that has created over 20,000 jobs and delivered  strong growth  across sectors ranging from fintech and healthcare to consumer and pharmaceuticals.   The Mexico team  manages a $5B+ portfolio and  operates  as a lean, high-conviction platform with outsized opportunity. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Vice President to join our Mexico City–based investment team. As a key member of the global platform, the Vice President will lead sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of investments across Latin America, while collaborating with colleagues across regions and sectors.   Vice Presidents at GA act as central relationship owners for portfolio companies, drive investment processes end-to-end, and play a critical leadership role in shaping investment theses, developing junior talent, and representing the firm externally.   This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership at GA and with management teams across our global portfolio, helping high-growth companies scale and create long-term value.   Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Value Creation:   Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and value creation opportunities.   Monitor financial and operational performance, identify value creation levers, and support strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A, market expansion, organizational buildout).   Contribute to exit strategy planning and execution.   Deal Execution & Diligence:   Lead and manage complex transaction processes, including diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiations, and
