Position Summary This role offers the opportunity to originate, structure, execute, and manage investments that accelerate clean energy deployment and sustainable infrastructure development across the United States. As a member of the Investments team, you will work with developers, sponsors, lenders, investors, and public-sector partners to mobilize private capital into climate-aligned sectors. Investments primarily include infrastructure and asset-backed debt transactions, as well as select equity investments. Key Responsibilities Investment Origination & Business Development Develop relationships with sponsors, developers, borrowers, co-investors, and capital providers. Source, evaluate, and advance investment opportunities in clean energy, transportation, and sustainable infrastructure. Support the development of innovative financing structures that expand access to capital and drive market growth. Transaction Execution Lead transaction screening, underwriting, due diligence, and structuring activities. Prepare financial models, term sheets, investment memoranda, and investment committee presentations. Manage negotiations, transaction execution, and closing processes. Coordinate third-party advisors and internal stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle. Portfolio Management Monitor portfolio performance and support asset management activities. Lead portfolio reviews, reporting, and investment performance assessments. Partner with Risk, Legal, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure effective portfolio oversight and compliance. Leadership & Team Development Mentor and develop Associates and Analysts. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience. Demonstrated transaction experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, structured finance, private credit, asset-backed lending, investment banking, project development, or related fields.
