Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Vice President, Global Trade and Receivable Finance to drive, originate, and execute sophisticated trade finance and treasury solutions for our corporate and institutional clients. As a key revenue generator, you will lead regional sales activities, design strategic market approaches, and deliver tailored working capital and CAPEX advisory services across North Asia.

Key Responsibilities
• Origination & Growth: Identify and originate new trade finance and supply chain management opportunities with existing and target clients, collaborating closely with Coverage and Industry Groups.
• Bespoke Advisory: Provide high-level trade advisory and structured solutions to address complex corporate working capital, trade cycles, and CAPEX requirements.
• Regional Portfolio Management: Develop and deepen strategic corporate relationships across Hong Kong, South China, and North Asia, managing intricate cross-border and regional deals.
• Utilization & Cross-Selling: Deeply understand clients' business strategies to maximize the utilization of existing facilities while proactively pitching new structured product opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends, trade structures, and digital/tech-driven trade finance techniques to support client growth and bank innovation.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all business activities strictly adhere to global and local regulatory guidelines, credit policies, and risk management frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on international trade, trade sales, or structured trade finance.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of global trade finance products, supply chain solutions, and corporate treasury management.
• Credit & Risk Acumen: Robust understanding of corporate credit, risk assessment, and structures used to mitigate risk in international trade.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of managing senior internal and external stakeholders; adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Native/Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are mandatory to support regional cross-border business.
