Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity This newly created role will coordinate Revolution Medicines' global network of commercialization partners, distributors, and regional alliances. The Vice President will report the SVP Global Commercial Development and will build a high-performing team focused on partner operations and active relationship management, establish scalable operating models, and coordinate execution across external partners, regional business leads, and global functions. Candidates should be strategic, highly collaborative, and willing to operate hands-on in a growing organization. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Develop and execute the global commercialization partnership strategy across distributors, commercialization partners, and regional alliances. Serve as the executive owner of partner governance, relationship management, and operational performance, including executive business reviews and issue resolution. Build and lead a team  to drive core capabilities and coordinate regional partner management, commercialization operations, and scalable support for launches and new markets. Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage commercialization agreements in partnership with Legal, Finance, regional leadership, and global functions. Coordinate the operating model across external partners, regional leads accountable for business performance, and global teams responsible for core medical and marketing content, market access, and pricing governance. Drive launch readiness across partner markets, ensuring operational infrastructure, distribution, supply, financial processes, training, and cross-functional support are in place. Coordinate oversight of commercial distribution, customer service, order-to-cash, third-party logistics, and related operational capabilities supporting partner markets. Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access to ensure coordinated execution and compliance. Establish performance standards, KPIs, dashboards, and governance forums that improve decision-making, partner satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Anticipate commercialization risks, resolve cross-functional challenges, and ensure partner execution remains aligned with global strategy and local market needs. Provide coaching and development to build a highly effective, accountable, and patient-focused team. Up to 50% travel required with substantial time zone flexibility needed. Required Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine preferred, with at least 15+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical leadership experience. Significant experience managing international commercialization partners, distributors, licensing relationships, or regional alliances. Demonstrated success developing and executing global commercialization strategies and supporting product launches across multiple markets.
