Time charter voyages: handle pre-charter queries and documentation, oversee execution and owner’s agent appointments, and ensure delivery and redelivery notices are completed on time. Other duties: liaise with Security and Insurance & Claims on vessels entering high-risk areas, obtain Letters of Indemnity from Charterers where needed, and keep Time-Bar records up to date with the relevant internal teams.
