Rola łączy zarządzanie operacyjne, analizę danych oraz aktywną współpracę z dostawcami i kluczowymi działami wewnętrznymi. Zakres odpowiedzialności: Zarządzanie zespołem • Koordynowanie pracy zespołu planistów materiałowych • Rozwój kompetencji i motywowanie zespołu do realizacji celów • Zapewnienie właściwego balansu workloadu w zespole Planowanie i zakupy operacyjne • Analiza zapotrzebowania materiałowego (MRP) vs plan produkcji i sprzedaży • Składanie i monitorowanie zamówień do dostawców (wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych) • Zarządzanie ryzykiem braków materiałowych oraz podejmowanie działań korygujących Zarządzanie KPI i analiza danych • Monitorowanie i poprawa kluczowych wskaźników (OTD, OTIF, inventory levels) • Przygotowywanie analiz i raportów wspierających decyzje operacyjne • Identyfikacja obszarów do optymalizacji procesów Współpraca cross-funkcyjna • Ścisła współpraca z planowaniem produkcji, procurement, customer service • Eskalacja ryzyk i problemów w łańcuchu dostaw • Kontakt i negocjacje operacyjne z dostawcami Doskonalenie procesów • Inicjowanie i wdrażanie usprawnień w obszarze planowania i zakupów • Udział w projektach optymalizacyjnych (np. redukcja zapasów, poprawa dostępności) Wymagania: Doświadczenie • Min. 3–5 lat doświadczenia w planowaniu materiałowym / zakupach operacyjnych • Doświadczenie w środowisku produkcyjnym (mile widziane automotive / industrial) • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem (preferowane) Kompetencje techniczne • Bardzo dobra znajomość systemu SAP ERP (MRP, zamówienia, dane materiałowe) • Zaawansowane umiejętności analityczne (Excel / raportowanie) • Znajomość procesów supply chain (MRP, lead time, safety stock, MOQ) Umiejętności miękkie • Umiejętność pracy pod presją i zarządzania priorytetami • Proaktywność i ownership • Komunikatywność i zdolność do pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym Języki • Angielski – min.
