Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer opportunity! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Prior experience as a rental car damage inspector, insurance appraiser/adjuster, collision/body shop estimator, auction vehicle inspector, dealership vehicle appraiser, or related inspection/appraiser experience is preferred. Rewards for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer • $20.00 per hour • Monday - Friday • Full benefits • Matching 401(k) • Paid holidays • Paid time off • Career growth potential Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer • Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports. • Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using guidelines and industry standards provided. • Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements. • Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed. • Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes. • Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily • Perform other duties as necessary. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer: • Strong written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and attention to detail. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Able to accurately interpret inspection data, photographs, and vehicle condition checklists. • Comfortable working with reporting software, digital platforms, and inspection systems. • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and accuracy. • Able to work outdoors the majority of the time in all weather conditions. • Able to pass pre-employment screening. • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Valid driver's license with a good driving record. • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. • Prior vehicle inspection or appraising experience is preferred.
