About the Role DOR Motors Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Body Repairer / Panel Beater to join our busy body repair workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicle bodywork to a high standard while ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements. Remove, repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels. Carry out welding and fabrication work where required. Straighten and align vehicle body panels and structures. Prepare repaired vehicles for painting. Operate body repair equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised workshop. Comply with all Health & Safety procedures. Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards. Complete work within agreed repair times. Essential Requirements: Previous experience as a Vehicle Body Repairer / Panel Beater. Ability to repair and replace vehicle body panels. Experience using body repair equipment and tools. Good attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. Desirable: Relevant trade qualification in vehicle body repair. Experience working with modern vehicle repair methods. Full clean driving licence.
