This Internship will allow the Intern to gain some professional experience in our main departments, promoting the acquisition of a wide range of skills and knowledge within various topics. The Intern will work closely with our teams and will focus on supporting all areas of the department(s).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with each department, as well as with our subsidiaries around the globe, to ensure the best team approach to a certain task/situation.
• Ensure mandatory tasks are completed according to respective requirements and deadlines.
• Provide support in administrative tasks as needed: document organization, classification, filing, etc.
• Proactively contribute to a synergetic work environment.
• Participate in IEFP related and department related meetings.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, and others.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages will also be valued.
• Attention to detail and great capacity to meet deadlines.
Computer Skills:
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
