This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of VAT matters across multiple industries, taking ownership of client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory solutions. The Role As a VAT Manager, you will play a key part in leading client engagements, managing a diverse portfolio, and supporting senior colleagues on complex projects. This role is advisory-led, but will also involve occasional compliance oversight. Candidates will be expected to translate complex VAT technical issues into clear, practical advice for clients and internal stakeholders alike. About You We are seeking a proactive VAT professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships at all levels. The successful candidate will have: • Broad VAT advisory experience, ideally including property and/or not-for-profit sectors. • Experience in handling HMRC queries and inspections. • Confidence to manage client relationships independently. • Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical planning ideas. • A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to manage multiple deadlines. What's on Offer • Exposure to a wide variety of VAT projects across multiple industries. • The opportunity to work closely with experienced Directors and Partners. • Career progression within a supportive and ambitious team. • A blend of autonomy and collaboration, with real scope to make an impact.
