We are seeking highly motivated, physically capable, and service-minded individuals who are ready to step up, lead by example, and make a difference. Starting Pay $21.00 per hour Why Join Our Armed Division? As a member of our Armed Division, you will be part of a specialized team trained to support a variety of client sites and operational environments. Armed Division Officers are expected to maintain a higher standard of professionalism, readiness, and versatility. This division offers opportunities for: Professional development and advanced training Exposure to multiple site types and security operations Leadership growth opportunities Permanent placement opportunities after successful deployment experience Participation in a growing and expanding division Division Structure All newly selected Armed Division Officers will begin as  Auxiliary Armed Officers . Auxiliary Officers will: Train at and support multiple client sites Gain operational experience across various assignments Learn site-specific procedures and client expectations Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and adaptability Following successful performance and operational need, officers may be considered for long-term or permanent site placement. Requirements Required Qualifications Experience Minimum of  2 years of experience  in one or more of the following: Security Law Enforcement Military Public Safety Corrections Related Safety or Protective Services Fields Education High School Diploma or GED Required College education preferred Licensing & Training Applicants must possess: Valid Georgia Blue Card Georgia Weapons Carry License (if applicable) Completion of the 16-Hour Armed Security Officer Training Course Already have your Blue Card and Armed Training? Apply today! Important:  If your 16-Hour Armed Training is attached to a previous employer and cannot be transferred, you must complete the training independently or attend a Valor-sponsored training course. Armed Training Opportunity Need the required training? Register today for our Armed Security Officer Training Course at a discounted rate of only $200. Seats are limited. Additional Certifications Preferred Candidates should possess one or more of the following certifications or credentials: CPR / AED First Aid Defensive Tactics Lawful Use of Force Active Shooter Response Taser Certification Fire Safety OSHA Certifications Private Investigator License POST Certification Emergency Response Training Incident Command Training Crisis Intervention Training Additional certifications are highly encouraged and will strengthen your application. Physical Requirements Candidates must: Pass a physical fitness assessment Be capable of standing, walking, and responding to emergencies for extended periods Demonstrate physical readiness and professional appearance Maintain firearm proficiency and operational preparedness Core Competencies Successful Armed Division Officers must demonstrate: Situational Awareness De-escalation Techniques Conflict Resolution Report Writing Professional Communication Observation Skills Critical Thinking Sound Judgment Emotional Intelligence Comprehension and Retention of Procedures Emergency Response Capabilities Leadership Under Pressure Teamwork and Collaboration Adaptability Across Multiple Assignments Availability Requirements Members of the Armed Division must maintain operational flexibility.
