Description
Position: Validation Team Lead
Working Location: Haiphong

Job Descriptions:
• Lead and mentor a team of validation engineers (attribute, performance, or functional testing)
• Plan and manage validation activities for assigned projects or programs
• Define test strategies, plans, and procedures based on project requirements
• Ensure validation deliverables meet quality, timeline, and regulatory requirements
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Collaborate with R&D, design, QA, and project management teams
• Review test results, analyze data, and ensure proper documentation
• Facilitate team meetings, status reporting, and project reviews
• Drive continuous improvement in validation processes and methodologies
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Proven experience in automotive or vehicle validation
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, testing methodologies, and validation processes
• Experience leading a small to medium-sized team
• Proficiency with validation tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with EV systems, advanced vehicle technologies
• Exposure to global validation programs and multi-location coordination
• Certification in project or program management (PMP, PRINCE2)
