REQ12769 Valet Attendant - Limassol (Open) POSITION SUMMARY: Greets guests upon their arrival and provides customer service by parking and retrieving their vehicle promptly and safely, and guiding guests towards the entrance. Provides exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive and friendly manner. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greets guests, visitors, and patrons with a smile • Park cars safely • Retrieve cars for guests in a timely manner • Ensure that parked cars are locked and that keys are stored safely or returned to the owner KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR: • Pleasant personality QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 2 year working experience as Valet attendant • Minimum 1 year working experience in hospitality industry, preferably in hotel sector would be considered as an advantage • Minimum 12 years of driving experience EDUCATION: • High school graduated or equivalent professional training SKILLS: • Well-groomed and presentable • Able to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Very good driving and parking skills • Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English. • Must be able to stand during entire shift. • Must always have professional appearance and attitude. • Available to work flexible Full-Time hours including weekends, holidays, and special events PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: • Maintains confidentiality of information • Displays the highest level of integrity • Pays attention to details and is able to work under pressure • Is trustworthy, well presented, outgoing and highly motivated • Customer Service
