Description
As a UX Designer with Neofonie you will
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to establish and refine product goals and establish a UX strategy
• Conduct user research, evaluate learnings within a user centered methodology and generate relevant documentation (personas, user journey maps...)
• Carry out market studies to inform the teams decisions
• Define product specifications for web, mobile and app based products (concept documents, wireframes, flow maps, sitemap)
• Consolidate and manage stakeholder feedback to sculpt the product
• Validate design decisions with real users via on- and offsite usability tests
• Facilitate communication in an interdisciplinary and agile team
• Document and present your work in engaging ways

• Design UI animations and micro interaction
You should
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience defining, designing and shipping mobile and rich web applications
• Show work which exemplifies your knowledge of touchpoint specific best practices, innovative ideas and attention to detail.
• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in a relevant discipline
• Be a confident communicator and take pride in establishing cohesion between stakeholders
• Strive for excellence in planning, analyzing and defining product directions
• Be able to communicate fluently in English (German is also beneficial)
