€2000 • €3200 / Monthly rate Permanent Athens | Onsite Our client is a digital innovation agency translating complex business needs into digital products that people actually enjoy using. The role exists to bring user-centered thinking to a product team that understands good design is not decoration but a core driver of product success. The Role You will run user research, build wireframes and prototypes and work hand in hand with developers to bring designs from concept to screen. In your first six months, you will contribute to at least one full design cycle, from initial research through to a live product improvement, and establish yourself as the person on the team who keeps the user's perspective front and center. You will be the voice that asks whether something is intuitive before it ships. What You'll Bring • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience on digital products • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process including research, wireframing and prototyping • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools • Solid understanding of mobile-responsive design principles and accessibility best practices • Experience collaborating directly with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately Nice to Have • Background in design systems or component library development • Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and research analysis tools • Experience working in Agile product teams What's in it for You €2,000 – €3,000 Gross / Month depending on experience and technical background.
