Utica Square Store Manager FT Gearhead Outfitters is a specialty outdoor retailer dedicated to providing high-quality gear and apparel for adventurers. Join our Manager Training Program for 6 months and gear up to lead with enthusiasm: • Deliver top-notch customer service • Inspire and energize the sales team • Keep the store inviting and easy to shop • Lead daily operations and ensure tasks are completed • Tackle guest, vendor, or team issues smoothly • Oversee training and stay sharp on new products • Monitor sales trends, set goals, and forecast future success • Keep the store clean, front to back Jump into a role where leadership meets fun! COMPENSATION • Total compensation $88-95k (Salary plus store sales commission) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Educational reimbursement program • 401K with up to 4% match after 12 months Qualifications And Special Skills Required • Three or more years of store management experience in an apparel and/or footwear retail environment. • Must maintain a high level of Customer service. • Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels. • Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels. • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals, develop a schedule to complete tasks and execute to achieve results. • Available to work 45 hours a week • Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion. • Ability to work evenings and weekends. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position. • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. • Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day. • Must be able to work at various heights, including floor level, with or without reasonable accommodation.
