The PM will oversee the project, provide oversite of the cost, schedule, and risk management of this project. • The role will report as a staff augmentation to the PMO Lead. The duration will be 6-8 months with the first part of this to be 4 months. • The project is in the beginning stages and is in BOD and DD and will be in this phase in this first 4 months. The project will then move into demo, permit submittal, and then begin construction at this 4-month mark. • The PM will lead a team of 15 to 25 people with a few reporting directly to the project, but most part time Requirements: • PM should have approx. 7 years’ experience in site expansion work as a PM. • Degree preferred, but experience equivalent to a degree is acceptable. • On-site 5 days a week (some weekends could be required).
