Quick Facts • Location: Olympia, WA • Start Date: 07/22/2026 • Duration: Ongoing (full-time preferred) • Shift: 24-hour call (); scheduled clinic and OR days • Hours/Week: Approximately 10-12 days/month plus call • Employment Type: Locum/Full-time • Licenses/Certs: Valid medical license in Washington; Board Certified/Eligible in Urology • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in urology practice recommended Pay & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay rate: $1.00/hour • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) • Robust referral bonus program • Paid sick time per state and federal laws • Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do • Provide on-call urology coverage, primarily between , with APP back-up support • Manage clinic appointments, including outpatient evaluations and treatments • Assist with scheduled OR procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and urinary procedures • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings • Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards What You Need • Valid medical license in Washington State • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology • Proven experience in urology, preferably with outpatient and inpatient procedures • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently during call hours • Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a highly regarded healthcare network at a leading facility in Olympia, WA, providing essential urology services with a team dedicated to excellence.
