What You ll Do
• Provide on-call urology coverage, primarily between , with APP back-up support
• Manage clinic appointments, including outpatient evaluations and treatments
• Assist with scheduled OR procedures such as cystoscopies, biopsies, and urinary procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
What You Need
• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Proven experience in urology, preferably with outpatient and inpatient procedures
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently during call hours
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
