About the Position Old Mission is recruiting for a University Recruiter to join our Chicago office. As a University Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent from universities and colleges to join Old Mission. You will serve as a brand ambassador on campus, building relationships with students, faculty, and career services offices to ensure a robust pipeline of talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization by bringing in diverse perspectives and skill sets from the next generation of professionals. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and talent needs Identify target schools and programs to focus recruitment efforts effectively Serve as main point of contact for candidates during their interview process Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including campus events, job postings, social media, and referrals, to attract high-potential candidates Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize future recruitment strategies Required Skills Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or related role Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management and multi-tasking skills Ability to create a thoughtful hiring experience for both new-graduates and interns Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Desire to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems Willingness to travel to campuses and attend recruitment events as needed Benefits and Perks Fully paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Fully stocked kitchen; free breakfast and lunch every day on-site Tuition Reimbursement Program 401(k) with employer match Flexible Spending Plan Commuter Benefit Program Base Salary Range    $110,000 - $15 0 ,000 - Salaries are based on  numerous  factors such as skills, experience, and education.
