THE JOB:
As a Uniform Supervisor, you champion our backstage operations by providing premier service to our internal team members, ensuring they are confident, comfortable, and fully prepared to deliver world-class guest experiences.
THE STARTING RATE: $22.75
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
• Oversee daily operations and supervise employee performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Maintain open and effective communication with the Uniform Assistant Manager and Uniform Manager by promptly relaying employee concerns, operational issues, and improvement suggestions to support efficient operations
• Manage inventory by ordering departmental supplies and employee uniforms, preparing purchase requisitions, and allocating expenses to the appropriate departments
• Conduct routine inventory counts of uniform stock to maintain inventory levels, and follow up with vendors on past-due orders
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Proven ability to supervise, lead, and motivate employees while promoting a positive and productive work environment
• Experience managing inventory tracking systems, processing requisitions, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels to support operational needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees, management, and vendors
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have at least two years of supervisory experience
• Must be available to work second shift, including weekends and holidays
