Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency:  English (Required) Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Supports underwriters in the evaluation, analysis, and preparation of insurance submissions by gathering data, conducting preliminary risk assessments, and ensuring accurate documentation. Assists in decision-making with moderate supervision and contributes to maintaining operational efficiency within the underwriting function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Following   is a summary of the essential functions for this job .    Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below .    Specific activities may change from time to time . • Collect and review underwriting data from brokers, agents, and internal systems. • Perform preliminary risk analysis using established guidelines and rating tools. • Prepare proposal summaries and coverage comparisons for underwriter review. •   Assist   with policy issuance by   validating   data accuracy and completeness. •   Monitor   and track submission status ensuring   timely   follow-up on outstanding information. •   Maintain   organized records and compliance with regulatory and company standards. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,   skill   and/or ability required .    Reasonable   accommodation   may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. •   Bachelor's degree in Risk Management , Finance, Insurance, Business, or   a related   field. • 0–2 years of experience in insurance, underwriting support, or a relevant analytical role. • Exposure to property and casualty insurance industry preferred. CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS • No specific criteria   is   required . FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret data and   identify   risk patterns. • Attention to Detail – Ensure accuracy in documentation and calculations. • Communication Skills – Clear and professional interaction with stakeholders. • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with underwriting systems and MS Office tools. • Time Management – Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
